The assets must be protected through thoughtful management. This means taking care of the roof, structural components of the building, mechanical equipment, exterior paint appearance, parking lot and landscaping.

Offered at competitive rates, our standard Management Agreement includes the following basic elements:

• Supervising the maintenance items for which the landlord is responsible.
  
  
• Administering the leases: collecting rent, depositing in client’s trust account.
  
  
• Ensuring the tenant’s compliance with their leasehold obligations.
  
  
• Paying vendors and suppliers; maintaining books and records.
  
  
• Making mortgage and property tax payments in a timely manner.
  
  
• Providing monthly operating financial statements of income and expenses.
  
  
• Providing annual budgets for operations.
  
  
• Recommending needed improvements and major maintenance projects.
  
  
• Supervising construction of tenant improvements.
